The armed holographic crewmen walk through walls to ambush Archer and Reed... but when they disappear, their (presumably real) energy weapons drop to the ground. Since the weapons are real, the holograms could not have brought them through the walls.
When Hoshi returns to the ship, Archer says in the log report that Trip and Malcolm are taking her back to Enterprise. However, Trip wasn't on the planet; the landing party consisted of Archer, T'Pol, Hoshi and Malcolm.
After Trip tells Malcolm to get some sleep, Malcolm replies that he doesn't want to waste oxygen sleeping; however, humans consume less oxygen when sleeping, not more.
